#53 How to Recognize and Solve Rounded Back Fitting Issues
The rounded back is one of the most common fitting issues to show up at the back, and can be one of the trickiest to be sure about. Before you make the adjustment, the real question is whether the upper back is truly where the change is needed, and how much to make.
In this video I show you how to read a rounded back on your fitting sample using the horizontal balance lines, so the need becomes something you can confirm rather than guess at. Then I take that assessment to the pattern and show how the adjustment is made on a bodice block, so you can follow the logic from sample to pattern the whole way through.
