If you object to such processing, In-House Patterns will no longer process your personal information for these purposes unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for such processing or such processing is required for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
• You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority that has jurisdiction over issues related to the GDPR.
• We require only the information that is reasonably required to enter into a contract with you. We will not require you to provide consent for any unnecessary processing as a condition of entering into a contract with us.
Information that We Collect
Personal information: means data that allows someone to identify or contact you, including, for example, your name, address, telephone number, email address, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data.
Non-personal information: Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, IP address, browser type, the dates and times that you access our website, and the specific pages you view, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. If you are using a mobile application, our servers may collect information about your device name and type, your phone number, your country of origin, and other interactions with our application.
Information You Provide to Us
We may collect Personal Information from you, such as your first and last name, email and mailing address, phone and password when you create an account to log in to our network (“Account”).
When you subscribe to the Services on our Site our payment processor will collect all information necessary to complete the transaction, including your name, credit card information, billing information and direct deposit information.

These files merely log visitors to the site – usually a standard procedure for hosting companies and a part of hosting services’ analytics.
