All sales of digital products from In-House Patterns Inc., including online courses, PDF patterns, and downloadable guides, are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once access to a product has been granted.

This policy exists because of the nature of digital products. Our courses and downloads are delivered instantly and in full, and once access is granted the content cannot be returned or un-accessed. For this reason, please review the product description, curriculum, and any preview materials carefully before you purchase, and reach out with questions before buying rather than after.

If you experience a technical problem accessing, downloading, or viewing a product, please contact us at info@inhousepatterns.com and we will make sure you receive what you purchased.

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom: by purchasing a digital product and requesting immediate access, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel, including the 14-day cooling-off period, once access has been granted.
